Title: Senior Video Game Producer
Location: Austin, TX! on-site 4x/week
Salary: $45-$55/hr

Requirements: 5+ years of experience in game development production. Experience shipping at least three titles in a production role. This is a contract role with the intended minimum length of 12 months. We have a ton of steady work coming in and this could have the potential to renew or possibly direct hire afterwards.

We have built our reputation by expertly bringing major PC titles like Call of Duty, Civilization, and classic Star Wars games to new platforms, particularly Mac. Over the years, we have expanded our reach to all major gaming platforms including PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and mobile. Known for our focus on quality and preservation, we specialise in remastering beloved franchises and reimagining classic titles for modern audiences. With nearly 200 games in our portfolio, we have become a trusted name in delivering high-quality, nostalgic, and fan-driven experiences to players around the world.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in game development production
• Proven track record of managing full production pipelines from pre-production through launch
• Experience shipping at least three titles in a production leadership role
• Strong organizational and communication skills with demonstrated ability to drive large, complex projects
• Skilled in risk management, milestone planning, and multi-team coordination
• Experience working with Agile, hybrid, or other game development methodologies
• Ability to lead by example, foster collaboration, and uphold a high standard of quality and accountability
