CyberCoders is hiring: Video Game Product Manager (ON SITE) in Austin

Title: Video Game Product Manager (Hiring Mid and Senior level)

Location: Austin, TX / Hybrid – Candidates must be in or willing to relocate to the Austin, TX area.

Salary: $90k – $140k DOE + biannual bonuses, 4 weeks PTO, 401(k) match, comprehensive health insurance.

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of experience in product management roles within video game studios.
• At least 5 years of experience in the video game industry.
• Experience on projects involving modern game platforms.
• Expertise in creating business cases, managing budgets, handling P&L, and assessing financial risks in game development and publishing.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and key external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem‑solving abilities and a hands‑on approach to completing tasks.
• Quick decision‑making skills, balancing the needs of the company, product, players, and partners.

Reporting to the Product Director, this role will collaborate across teams to create and launch products that support the company's goals. It involves working with publishing, development, and finance to align strategies for successful product delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in game development or product management, strong business acumen, and a passion for high‑quality video games.
