Hartmann Studios is hiring: Senior Event Producer in Atlanta

Contract‑to‑hire opportunity. Must be able to commute to the Dunwoody location three times a week.

Hartmann Studios—an employee‑owned, full‑service event strategy, design, and production company—seeks an experienced Senior Producer to join our Event Production Team. If you thrive at the intersection of creative vision, operational excellence, and large‑scale event production, this is a role where you can truly shine.

As a Senior Producer, you’ll lead the development and execution of high‑profile, complex programs for Fortune 500 clients. You’ll shape the narrative, craft powerful experiences, and guide cross‑functional teams from concept to reconciliation.

What We’re Especially Looking For:

• Deep experience producing keynote/general session programming—from speaker support and show flow to AV direction, content development, staging, and backstage leadership.
• Ability to craft compelling event narratives and deliver flawless mainstage moments that drive engagement and elevate the brand. (Mainstage/keynote experience is critical for this role.)

What You’ll Own:

• Lead program operations, creative execution, budgets (often $1M+), and workflow.
• Build strategic, senior‑level client relationships.
• Coach and mentor team members while overseeing cross‑functional collaboration.
• Manage large‑scale live event elements—including AV, stage production, breakouts, registration, and vendor sourcing (domestic & international).
• Drive proposals, pitches, and new business opportunities.
• Ensure programs meet Hartmann Studios’ high bar for quality, innovation, and brand impact.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years in brand experience and event production for top‑tier clients.
• Strong background in creative strategy, content development, and multi‑dimensional event design.
• Expertise in large live events, including general sessions & keynote production.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to bring ideas to life with agility, creativity, and impeccable problem‑solving.
