Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Producer to join our growing team. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while serving clients in the Brandon, MS area. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping people protect their assets and will thrive in a performance-driven environment with unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Quote, bind, and service various insurance products including auto, home, life, and business insurance
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
• Utilize agency management systems for client tracking and follow-up

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated with excellent time management abilities
• Sales experience preferred, but not required — we provide training!
• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Preferred: Residence in or near Brandon, MS area

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 per month
