We’re looking for a strategic, data‑driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go‑to‑market efforts for Hiring Assistant , one of Homebase’s most ambitious product lines. This AI‑powered product is not only a new front door for net‑new customer acquisition, but a key driver of higher customer lifetime value (LTV) and cross‑product adoption.

These are the key ways you’ll contribute and create impact in this role

  • GTM Strategy & Execution: Own the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy for Hiring Assistant—from positioning and messaging to launch execution and campaign optimization.
  • Customer Segmentation & Insights: Lead research to identify high‑potential SMB customer segments and hiring use cases. Translate insights into actionable targeting strategies.
  • Growth Campaigns: Partner with Lifecycle, Growth, and Sales to craft integrated campaigns that drive product activation, retention, and expansion.
  • Cross‑Product Attach: Work closely with Revenue and Product teams to align Hiring Assistant with broader monetization and attach strategies across Scheduling, Payroll, and HR.
  • AI‑Enabled Execution: Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign development, personalize messaging at scale, and uncover insights that inform smarter GTM decisions.
  • Data‑Driven Optimization: Define success metrics, build dashboards with Analytics, and apply A/B testing and cohort analysis to continuously improve impact.
  • Sales Enablement & Content: Develop compelling collateral, pitch decks, objection handling, and training to support frontline teams.
