Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Landscape Designer located in Fenton, MO. The Landscape Designer will be responsible for creating innovative landscape designs, developing hardscape plans, and preparing planting plans. Daily tasks include designing and implementing landscaping projects, collaborating with clients to understand their vision, and ensuring projects meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Qualifications

• Skills in Landscape Design
• Proficiency in Pro Landscape or similar design software
• Experience with Hardscape and Planting Plans
• Proficiency in Landscaping practices and techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively with clients
• Relevant technical skills and familiarity with design software
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Landscape design, Horticulture, or related field is preferred
• Experience in landscape design and construction is a plus

Compensation

• $60-70K base Salary Based on experience
• 2-5% sales commission on all projects sold
