We're seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist who is deeply skilled in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising and passionate about performance-driven creative. You will own and execute the paid social strategy, optimize campaigns for efficiency and growth, and collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to produce engaging content that converts. This role requires a balance of analytical expertise and creative intuition perfect for someone who loves diving into data and testing new ideas to drive results. Duties and Responsibilities:
Own and manage the full lifecycle of Meta advertising campaigns, from planning to execution and optimization. Set and manage budgets to ensure efficient allocation of spend across multiple audiences and objectives. Analyze performance data to identify trends and provide actionable insights that improve ROAS. Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test ad concepts, visuals, and copy that align with brand goals. Provide data-backed creative direction to guide ad production and strategy. Partner with the Marketing Director to align paid social initiatives with broader marketing strategies. Experiment and innovate with new ad formats, placements, and audience targeting methods. (Bonus) Create quick-turn ad variations using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro. Explore new paid social channels (TikTok, Reddit, or emerging platforms) as opportunities arise.
