Marketing Coordinator – West Region We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic marketer to support our growth in Washington across Power, Solid Waste, and Industrial markets. The role focuses on proposal development, client plan creation, and marketing activity planning.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with business development leaders, project managers, and technical staff to prepare proposals, statements of qualifications, brochures, presentations, and other materials.
Lead proposal team meetings, review sessions, and interview preparation to develop strategic messaging.
Write and edit marketing proposal documents, and develop and coordinate graphics and layout.
Support client development teams with marketing activity planning, research, and data management.
Maintain pursuit and project information in the CRM database, including resumes, project descriptions, and photography.
Coordinate conference attendance, sponsorship, and other events.
Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications Preferred Qualifications
Relevant marketing or A/E/C industry experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Ability and desire to engage with others in-person, including traveling to Washington offices as needed.
Required Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.
