Design, plan, and conduct user research using both qualitative and quantitative techniques
Create user personas, journey maps, user flows, and user stories based on research insights
Analyze and synthesize data from various sources to generate actionable recommendations for digital products
Document and share research findings with internal clients and leadership through engaging presentations
Manage multiple studies with varied scopes effectively
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required (4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment)
Minimum of 6 years working in the field of UX, digital experience, or product management
At least 2 years of project management experience with demonstrated skills and successes
Minimum of 1 year of data analysis experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Ability to distill complex technical subjects into user‑friendly presentations and digital communications
Experience working independently with minimal supervision and in team environments sharing responsibility
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent oral and written communication skills
