Responsibilities
You have a passion for navigating ambiguity, crafting messaging, and influencing strategy GTM Leader
You enjoy working cross-functionally across Product Management, Marketing, Partners, UX Design, Research, and Sales to introduce new suite of products to the US
Drive go-to-market strategies – including targeting, segmentation, positioning, value props, messaging, marketing channels, and budgets – across the seller journey to convert, grow, and retain our sellers
Partner with marketing teams to ensure product suite is on-message and maximized across each channel
Develop and implement data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies to promote product growth and retention, and track marketing program performance and improve through continuous testing
Be the Subject Matter Expert for your product: help sellers with white glove product support, build roadmaps, run enablement sessions, participate in QA testing
Be the Voice of the Customer, by managing input and feedback from various types of users (end-users, merchants, creators, employees)
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing, growth or lifecycle marketing in eCommerce, social commerce.
Experience and understanding of e-commerce categories (beauty, fashion, etc).
Experience working with product management, analytics and design to scale products
Experience in growth and lifecycle marketing via email, in-product, content marketing and other owned channels
