Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall marketing and sales plan in collaboration with corporate office
Increase and maintain community occupancy and revenue production
Build and maintain outreach partnerships for lead generation
Conduct presentations, tours, and close sales with prospects
Develop and sustain relationships with residents, families, and referral sources
Plan and coordinate large activities for residents and prospective residents
Coordinate community advertising with corporate marketing team
Serve as manager on duty at the community as assigned
Qualifications
Previous experience in a sales role is required
Experience in Senior Housing or Hospitality is preferred but not required
Ability to meet and maintain occupancy and sales goals
Professional communication skills and ability to motivate and develop associates
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and lead management software
Strong initiative, creativity, good judgment, and professional ethics
Excellent time management, accuracy, and independent work ability
Strong management skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting
Valid driver's license to drive on company time as needed
