We are seeking a Social Media & Brand Marketing Manager to support and execute our marketing vision, ensuring our voice, visuals, and storytelling remain cohesive, current, and on‑brand across platforms.
The Role This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role responsible for implementing The Koolik Group’s brand and content strategy across social media, digital campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
You will work closely with leadership and external partners to produce content, support brand storytelling, assist with high‑visibility productions, and help maintain consistency across all marketing touchpoints. This role is ideal for a creative marketer who is confident executing, operationally organized, and eager to grow within a luxury brand environment.
In this role, you will oversee the day‑to‑day execution of marketing efforts while managing and supporting members of the marketing team. You will be responsible for keeping initiatives organized, priorities clear, and deliverables on track, while ensuring all work aligns with established brand standards and leadership direction.
Core Responsibilities Social Media, Filming & Content Execution
Manage TKG’s social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Film and edit content in‑house, including Reels, short‑form video, agent features, lifestyle content, and brand storytelling
Execute social trends thoughtfully and in alignment with brand standards
Write captions, scripts, and copy that reflect The Koolik Group voice
Manage content calendars and posting cadence across static and video formats
Track performance metrics and support ongoing optimization
Brand Voice & Execution
Apply brand standards consistently across all marketing materials
Adjust tone and visuals appropriately for a diverse clientele, from first‑time buyers to luxury sellers
Ensure marketing assets are polished, intentional, and on‑brand
Brand Photoshoots & Video Production Support
Support planning and execution of brand‑level photoshoots (leadership, agent, lifestyle)
Assist in the coordination of larger video productions, including TV commercials and campaign shoots
Help prepare shot lists, styling references, and production logistics
Review final assets to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
Paid Digital Advertising Support
Assist in the execution and optimization of paid campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and Google
Support creative selection, targeting, and performance tracking
Assist with listing launches, agent promotion, and geographic marketing initiatives
Listing & Marketing Production
Coordinate listing photoshoots and video shoots
Communicate with photographers, videographers, stagers, and editors
Select and organize final imagery and video assets for MLS and marketing use
Support the creation of print materials and listing collateral
PR & Brand Visibility Support
Assist with PR initiatives, awards submissions, rankings, and brand mentions
Coordinate timelines and assets with external PR partners as needed
Ensure messaging and visuals align with brand direction

Consistent, high‑quality content that feels current and unmistakably TKG
Smooth execution of brand photoshoots and marketing initiatives
Growing engagement and visibility across social platforms
Leadership in brand execution and follow‑through
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
2‑4 years of experience in social media, brand, or digital marketing
Strong ability to film and edit video content
Familiarity with social media trends and platform best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Google Suite and Canva
Ability to travel locally for shoots, events, and meetings
Real estate or luxury brand experience is a plus, but not required
