Senior Marketing Coordinator – HDR
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support HDR’s business development and marketing initiatives across our Transportation Business Group. This fast‑paced role will collaborate with proposal, marketing, and client‑relations teams to shape our brand and drive growth.
Responsibilities
Support pursuit teams in developing persuasive proposal and interview materials
Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status
Help file proposal and presentation materials upon submittal
Maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems
Support management of client relationship and financial systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboards
Arrange professional photography on projects
Support development of annual and long‑term strategic plans, including growth initiatives and prioritizing strategic investments
Implement key growth initiatives as defined in strategic plans
Support development and implementation of client plans and long‑term strategies to capture market share
Solicit formal client feedback
Administer the go/no‑go decision process in accordance with HDR's Matrix of Authority
Support content marketing campaigns, digital content creation, and social media campaigns to strengthen our brand
Assist with marketing collateral creation, conference sponsorship benefits, internal communications content, and large internal meeting planning
Train and mentor employees on business development and marketing best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Deep knowledge of A/E/C industry procurement practices
Willingness and ability to travel and engage in person
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign)
Self‑starter with a history of completing projects with limited oversight
