Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic professional who combines strong instructional design expertise with technical mastery of our Learning Management System (LMS). This role is responsible for owning and optimizing the LMS infrastructure while designing engaging, learner‑centered experiences that drive adoption, performance, and measurable impact. Ideal candidates are equally comfortable troubleshooting system issues and crafting interactive, modern learning content, supporting a high‑performing learning function across the organization. Key Responsibilities: LMS Administration & System Ownership Configure, maintain, and optimize the LMS to ensure seamless user experience. Manage user roles, permissions, and system integrations with HRIS and other platforms. Serve as the primary point of contact for LMS technical issues, troubleshooting, and support requests. Partner with IT on system updates, data security, and API integrations. Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with SCORM/xAPI standards. Instructional Design & Learning Development Design and develop interactive, engaging learning content using modern instructional design methodologies. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create courses, microlearning modules, and blended learning programs. Incorporate UX principles and gamification strategies (e.g., badges, leaderboards, interactive elements) to enhance learner engagement. Ensure all learning materials meet accessibility and inclusive standards. Track learner progress and produce meaningful reports for stakeholders. Analyze learning data to identify trends and recommend improvements to drive engagement, completion, and learning effectiveness. Preferred Skills: Experience administering an LMS such as Cornerstone, Workday Learning, or Docebo. Strong technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Understanding of instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM) and eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate or Captivate. Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva (graphics) and Vyond (video). Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards and content publishing workflows. Experience with gamification, UX design, or learning analytics. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
