Omnichannel Marketing Manager

to execute and optimize digital and in‑store marketing programs across key retail partners. This role will focus primarily on digital and retail media execution, while complementing those efforts with impactful in‑store activations, serving as a key driver of shopper engagement and conversion across the retail landscape.

Responsibilities Include:

Plan and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns across digital and in‑store channels

Directly manage retail media networks, including activation, optimization, and performance reporting

Lead in‑store marketing initiatives that align with broader digital strategies

Support omnichannel programs across many key retailers

Manage a multi‑million‑dollar marketing budget and track performance against KPIs

Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Brand, and internal stakeholders to support business objectives

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other business‑related field with 5+ years of experience in marketing

2+ years of experience within CPG, ideally with an emerging or high‑growth brand

Hands‑on experience managing digital campaigns and retail media programs

Experience owning retail media execution internally rather than solely through agencies

Exposure to shopper or in‑store marketing is a plus

Budget management experience or comfort managing a few million dollars in spend

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
