Senior Partner Marketing Manager - Cloud
Snowflake is seeking a dynamic, results‑oriented Senior Partner Marketing Manager – Cloud to join its cloud partner marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will maximize the value and impact of alliances with Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft, building and accelerating joint pipeline through compelling go‑to‑market motions and campaigns.
Requires a hybrid work schedule: 3 days per week in Snowflake’s Menlo Park, CA, Dublin, CA, OR, Bellevue, WA office.
Key Responsibilities
Own the strategy: develop and execute the joint marketing strategy with key cloud partners to drive new leads, increase consumption, and amplify our message.
Craft the narrative: create crisp, compelling messaging, content, and sales enablement that articulates Snowflake’s joint value proposition with each partner.
Orchestrate ecosystem GTM: design and drive complex, multi‑party go‑to‑market motions involving a cloud partner and a strategic services partner to create unified messaging and joint campaign architecture.
Build pipeline: design, execute, and manage innovative, full‑funnel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Influence and align cross‑functionally: embed our cloud partnerships within highly cross‑functional teams across alliances, product marketing, field marketing, demand generation, content, PR, and social.
Measure success: establish goals and track the performance of partner marketing initiatives to make a meaningful difference in Snowflake’s business.
Qualifications
Relevant experience: 7+ years of marketing or alliances experience, preferably in high‑growth B2B tech companies; product or partner marketing background preferred.
Strategic vision & tactical execution: ability to think strategically about full‑funnel pipeline development while also being highly adept at hands‑on execution.
Exceptional influencer & communicator: natural storyteller and persuasive influencer with skill at crafting clear, concise, impactful messages.
Own‑it mentality: proactive mindset, bias for action, and ability to act decisively and move projects forward efficiently.
Cross‑functional excellence: proven ability to thrive in a highly matrixed environment with numerous stakeholders.
Big‑picture thinking: ability to think big and re‑imagine how Snowflake can deliver value through the partner ecosystem.
Education: bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
Compensation and Benefits Estimated base salary range: $156,000 – $204,700. Eligible for bonus and equity plans. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance; 401(k) with company match; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
