Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Visual Designer to lead the visual and user experience design for World CopperSmith, Inc.
This role will be responsible for shaping the look, feel, and usability of our digital presence, with a strong focus on website UX/UI, page layout, on-page design, and strategic brand execution. The ideal candidate combines strong design instincts with UX thinking, and has experience creating elegant, conversion-focused experiences for premium or luxury brands.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading UX/UI design for the website, including page structure, layout, and user flows
Designing on-page experiences that balance aesthetics, usability, and conversion
Creating high-quality visual and graphic assets for web, marketing, and campaigns
Contributing to strategic brand development and visual identity evolution
Collaborating with marketing, content, and development teams on site enhancements and campaigns
Ensuring consistency and excellence across all digital touchpoints
Applying UX best practices, testing insights, and performance data to improve user experience
Qualifications:
5–8+ years of UX/UI and visual design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating website UX/UI, layout design, and brand systems
Experience designing for ecommerce or content-rich websites
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and conversion-focused design
Excellent attention to detail and visual craftsmanship
Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, growing team environment
Interest in interior design, the home, and luxury brands strongly preferred
