Position Title:   Jr. Graphic Designer                                      

Reports to:        Manager, Design

Department:     Marketing, Creative Services

Location:           2929 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85012; in-office, full-time

Classification:   Full-time, exempt

Summary / Job Objective:  Simplicity is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Jr. Graphic Designer with a passion for agent marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our marketing team to produce high-quality visual content for a variety of clients. This role requires expertise in graphic design software, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Primary Responsibilities:

·         Design and produce marketing materials, including but not limited to logos, business cards, flyers, brochures, guides, itineraries, banners, posters, social media graphics, email templates, and event programs.

·         Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual themes for events.

·         Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all materials.

·         Create visually appealing and engaging content that effectively communicates advisors' and agents’ messages and drives their sales and marketing success.

·         Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Visual Arts required

·         Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (insurance industry experience a plus)

·         Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creative solutions

·         Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software

·         Experience using Asana or other project management software

·         Familiarity with print production processes and specifications

·         Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation (based on experience)

·         Annual Salary: $45,000-$52,000 (exempt)

·         Annual performance bonus target: 5%
