Base Salary: $50K–$65K+

POSITION OVERVIEW
Our client is seeking a highly creative, detail-driven Marketing Coordinator to support their growing team. You’ll join a nationally recognized leader in industrial distribution and supply chain solutions, delivering premium products and value-added programs to customers across North America. With eight strategically located U.S. facilities, the company combines deep industry expertise with world-class customer service to support a broad range of sectors including manufacturing, OEM, marine, aerospace, automotive, construction, medical industries and more. The ideal candidate is a strong visual communicator with experience in graphic design, content development, and multi-channel marketing execution. This role will contribute to the planning, production, and delivery of marketing initiatives while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with internal teams to produce high-quality visuals, support campaign execution, and maintain organized marketing processes and assets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Graphic Design & Content Creation: Develop and produce marketing materials such as print ads, social media graphics, digital banners, brochures, presentations, and other branded assets.
Marketing Support for Field Teams: Collaborate with sales staff and site managers to distribute marketing materials, promotional items, business cards, and giveaways. Oversee inventory of all printed marketing assets and maintain the supplier catalog library.
Apparel Program Management: Manage the company apparel program, including ordering, inventory tracking, and coordination with vendors.
Campaign & Event Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives.
Project & File Management: Maintain organized project files, manage production timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of all marketing outputs.
Document Editing: Make updates, corrections, and design edits to PDF documents as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
· Experience using Canva to create quick-turn marketing materials and social media content.
· Strong grasp of branding, layout, color theory, and typography.
· Proficiency in Outlook and professional email communication.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
