We are hiring a Real Estate Photographer to capture beautiful homes across Columbus. Experience is not required. We provide full training, equipment, and support.

This job is active, flexible, and perfect for someone who enjoys being on the move, learning new skills, and building great relationships with clients. You will join a small, fun, people-first team that values personality, care, and reliability over technical experience.

What You Will Do

• Be the friendly face that clients look forward to seeing
• Capture real estate photos and, once certified, drone media and video
• Travel to properties throughout the Columbus area
• Follow a simple, repeatable process that ensures quality and consistency
• Upload files daily; no editing required
• Adapt to changing lighting, weather, and on-site needs with a positive attitude

Pay and Perks

• Paid training: $20 per hour
• Standard photography: $25 per unit
• Photo and drone certified: $30 per unit
• Photo, drone, and video: $35 per unit

Units represent scheduled on-site time. This role uses piece-rate pay, not hourly door-to-door.

Ideal Candidate

• Lives within 20 miles of Columbus
• Has a stable supplemental income (bartending, serving, retail, etc.) as the hours vary depending on the season
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people
• Positive attitude with a fun, go-getter personality
• Detail oriented and cares about doing things well
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Neat, professional appearance
• Comfortable with active work and lots of driving
• Able to lift items up to 50lbs
• Willing to learn photography, drone, and video
• Excited about a part-time role that can grow into something larger
