We’re hiring a Part-Time Real Estate Photographer to capture beautiful homes across Visalia and the surrounding are. No experience? No problem. We provide all the training and gear you need.

This is an active, flexible, on-the-go role where every day looks different - you’ll visit new properties, meet great people, and represent a growing local brand in the real estate industry. What You’ll Do

• Be the friendly face of our company and provide an incredible client experience - represent our brand with professionalism, care, and enthusiasm in every interaction.
• Capture beautiful real estate photos and video
• Travel to homes and properties across Visalia, managing your schedule and time efficiently.
• Upload raw photo and video files at the end of each day (no editing required).
• Follow our simple, step-by-step process to ensure every client gets consistent, high-quality service.
• Problem-solve on the go - stay adaptable and calm if lighting, weather, or timing changes.

What Can Be Challenging

We want to be upfront - this role isn’t for everyone.

• Since bookings vary, your schedule will too. You’ll have flexibility to block off days when you’re unavailable, but most shoots take place between 9AM-5PM on weekdays, with the occasional evening or Saturday option if clients request it.
• There’s a lot of driving (sometimes up to an hour between properties) and navigating back and forth through traffic will be a daily activity.
• Shoots are usually booked 2-4 days in advance, so flexibility is key
• You’ll need to stay organized, tech-savvy, and punctual

Pay & Perks

• Training/Probation (first 30 days): $20/hr fixed rate
• After probation: $25 per unit (each unit = ~60 minutes of scheduled on-site time)
• Drone certified (Part 107): $30 per unit
• Lead photographer track: $35 per unit
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.70/mile

(Pay is piece-rate and based on scheduled on-site shoot time, not hourly door-to-door. Drive time is partially reimbursed through mileage.)

We’ll help you get your FAA Part 107 drone certification within the first 30 days. We also fast-track training for the right candidate so you can move up quickly.

Ideal Candidate

• Lives near Visalia
• Must be available Monday–Friday, typically 3 shoots per day (around 10 AM, 12 PM, and 2 PM)
• Reliable, clean transportation and valid driver’s license
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional with clients
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable learning tech (camera, apps, uploads)
• Positive energy - you’re the face of our brand!
