We’re hiring a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused photographer to join our real estate media team in the Olmsted Falls area.

No photography experience required. If you enjoy meeting new people, working independently, and getting out from behind a desk, this role is a great fit. We provide all equipment, paid training, and ongoing support, so you can learn everything from the ground up.

This is a hands-on, in-the-field role where you’ll visit local homes, work directly with real estate agents, and represent our brand professionally.

What You’ll Do

• Travel locally to residential properties to capture real estate photos and videos using company-provided equipment
• Interact professionally with real estate agents and homeowners
• Follow a simple checklist and workflow for each shoot
• Upload raw photo and video files after appointments, no editing required
• Work part-time with flexible scheduling, Monday through Friday availability required
• Complete FAA Part 107 drone certification, training and support provided

Pay and Growth Opportunities

• Paid training at $15 per hour
• Standard photo shoots start at $20 per unit

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Willingness to follow a proven process and checklist
• Must pass FAA Part 107 drone certification, test scheduled approximately two weeks after start date
• High-speed internet at home, minimum 30 Mbps upload, 100 Mbps preferred
• iPhone 14 Pro or newer, Pro model required to run capture apps
• Strong attention to detail and professional communication
• Positive, dependable work ethic
