We are hiring a dependable, service-minded Real Estate Photographer to join our growing media team in the Bellingham area.

This is an entry-level role with paid training, designed for someone who values professionalism, initiative, and helping others succeed. No prior photography experience is required. In fact, we prefer candidates with little to no camera experience so we can train you fully in our systems, standards, and client experience.

What You’ll Do

• Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled real estate photo appointments
• Capture interior and exterior photos and media using our clear shot lists and workflows
• Interact calmly and professionally with homeowners and real estate agents
• Upload media files after each shoot, no editing required
• Learn additional services over time, including floorplans, video, and drone
• Represent our company as a trusted, friendly part of the agent’s media team

Schedule & Availability

• Part-time role, up to 25 to 30 hours per week
• Available at least three weekdays per week
• Shoots take place during standard business hours, approximately 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Reliable weekday availability is required, flexibility is a plus

Compensation Structure

• Paid training at $20 per unit
• $30 per unit when trained on photos and floorplans
• $35 per unit when trained on all services except video
• $40 per unit once fully trained with photos, video, floorplans, and a drone license
• Photographer must attempt their FAA Part 107 drone exam within the first 30 days, then every two weeks until passed
