Aura Communications
The Sales & Community Manager will drive membership sales, support the marketing team, and build long-term relationships with guests and partners. This role blends hands‑on sales, marketing, and community engagement to increase awareness, conversions, and retention.
Actively sell food + beverage and music‑driven memberships in‑house, online, and through events
Train front‑of‑house staff on membership benefits and sales scripts
Lead membership acquisition and retention targets
Track leads, conversions, and membership performance versus targets, and prepare performance regular reports
Develop referral and upsell strategies to increase member sign‑ups
Build partnerships with local businesses, offices, agencies and groups for corporate membership opportunities
Attend and participate in all relevant client events
Manage follow‑ups and closing cadence for all warm and inbound leads
Marketing & Promotion
Work with a fully‑staffed marketing team to help promote memberships, events, and offers
Connect with the Social Media Manager to ensure membership opportunities and messaging are shared on the private and public social media channels
Coordinate in‑restaurant signage, flyers, and promotional materials
Assist with event marketing, tastings, and member‑only experiences
Analyze campaign performance and optimize messaging
Create strategies to improve member retention and satisfaction
Collect guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve the program
Manage member communications and special offers
Represent the restaurant at community events and networking opportunities
Qualifications
3‑4+ years of experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, or memberships/subscriptions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable selling and closing in a face‑to‑face environment
Experience with social media, email marketing, or CRM tools is a plus but not required
Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven
Passion for food, hospitality, and customer experience
