Marketing Manager Position Overview

A well‑established hospitality organization is seeking a Marketing Manager to support its marketing team with a strong focus on project management and execution. Reporting to a senior marketing leader, this role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized professional with strong technical and communication skills.

This position operates in a hybrid environment, combining work‑from‑home flexibility with in‑office presence as needed. The role will also involve participation in off‑site events and other remote activities.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all marketing projects from intake through completion, including the development of milestone calendars and timelines

Monitor project progress, generate status reports, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders

Coordinate and manage communication with external vendors, ensuring timely feedback and seamless execution

Assist with onboarding new vendors, platforms, and tools used by the marketing department

Submit project‑related invoices and track payment status

Facilitate weekly marketing planning meetings, proactively identifying risks, roadblocks, and budget considerations

Organize and maintain department files, assets, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Compile monthly reports using project data and input from cross‑functional stakeholders

Maintain familiarity with the local business community and attend relevant community and industry events

Qualifications & Experience

3–5 years of relevant professional experience

Strong preference for experience working on an advertising agency account team

High proficiency in Asana and project management workflows; familiarity with agile methodologies required

Scrum Master certification is a plus

Strong technical skills, including experience with Mac‑based applications and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
