Key Responsibilities
Build a solid Residential Sales team that exceeds sales goals
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies to grow the Guardian brand
Set and track sales targets and K.P.I. metrics for the Residential Sales team
Monitors employee productivity and motivates the team to reach daily sales goals
Coordinates team activities and projects to meet project timelines
Implement sales incentive programs and contests to increase employee performance
Provide coaching and training for Residential Sales team members
Conduct regular opportunity and K.P.I. review meetings with the team to ensure achievement against targets
Report to senior management on sales metrics, opportunities, and risks
Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in the customer relationship management (CRM) system by providing weekly data integrity checks
Experience/Competencies Required
Some college or equivalent working experience required
Five years of sales experience required
Two years of sales team leadership required
Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members
Thorough knowledge of territory, market, and customers
Excellent problem-solving skills
Positive, outgoing, results-oriented, ambitious, team leader
Ability to motivate the team to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
