Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a residential sales team that exceeds sales goals
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies to grow the Guardian brand
Set and track sales targets and KPI metrics for the sales team
Monitor employee productivity and motivate the team to reach daily sales goals
Coordinate team activities and projects to meet timelines
Implement sales incentive programs and contests to increase performance
Provide coaching and training for team members
Conduct regular opportunity and KPI review meetings to ensure achievement against targets
Report to senior management on sales metrics, opportunities, and risks
Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in the CRM system with weekly data integrity checks
Experience / Competencies Required
Some college or equivalent working experience
Five years of sales experience
Two years of sales team leadership
Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members
Thorough knowledge of territory, market, and customers
Excellent problem‑solving skills
Positive, outgoing, results‑oriented, ambitious team leader
Ability to motivate the team to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
