Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, or business strategy, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA.
  • Experience with SA360 or search advertising or sales or product strategy in traditional or digital advertising.
  • Demonstrated customer-focused mindset and expertise in translating product offerings into sales-facing value propositions in line with customer business and marketing objectives.
  • Strong operational excellence with the ability to prioritize initiatives, drive progress across multiple workstreams, thrive and exercise judgment in a fluid environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, strategic/investigative capabilities, and track record of building trusted executive relationships with exceptional communication skills to present complex concepts to various audiences.

About The Job

The Product Go-to-Market (GTM) Team is tasked with accelerating and defending LCS business growth across the region via the development and adoption of products, tools and program best practices. In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating business growth, enabling critical product adoption and future-proofing the AMER business. In this role, you will deliver on the core product go-to-market remit which include designing and deploying regional activation programs, providing thought leadership on product activation and execution, and nurturing and advancing third-party (3P) ecosystems, agencies and industry groups.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is CAD 150,000-154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
