driven and self-motivated Business Development & Sales Lead to build and execute our outbound sales and lead generation engine from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a builder role—creating systems, prospecting, closing deals, and directly shaping the growth of a creative company. Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify, research, and prospect ideal clients in target industries Use Apollo to source, enrich, and segment lead lists Qualify leads before moving them into the active pipeline Outbound Sales & Discovery Run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and direct outreach Book and lead discovery calls with qualified prospects Ask strong discovery questions to uncover pain points, goals, and ROI potential Position VIBE Media’s services as business solutions, not commodities Own and manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot Ensure accurate deal stages, notes, and reporting Build and refine automations, sequences, and follow-ups Process Building & Optimization Design scalable sales workflows and outreach systems Test and improve messaging, sequences, and targeting Track performance metrics and optimize based on results Work closely with leadership and creative teams to scope projects Support proposal creation and pricing conversations Drive deals to close and manage handoffs post-sale Required Skills & Experience

Sales & Business Development Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or agency sales Comfortable with outbound sales and commission-based compensation Strong discovery, objection-handling, and value-framing skills Lead sourcing and list building Email sequences and outbound campaigns Contact enrichment and segmentation Hands-on experience using HubSpot for: Pipeline and deal management Tracking sales activity and reporting Managing contacts, companies, and deal stages Ability to connect Apollo workflows into HubSpot pipelines Systems & Tools Experience using ClickUp (or similar) to manage workflows and internal handoffs Familiarity with sales automation tools and AI-assisted outreach Comfortable working independently without heavy oversight Performance Expectations & KPIs Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads Minimum outbound activity agreed weekly (20–30+ contacts) Maintain clean, up-to-date pipelines in HubSpot Close new business within the first 90 days Actively contribute to long-term retainer growth Compensation 20% commission on all new business closed by the contractor 20% commission on retainer clients, paid monthly for the life of the active retainer Commission is paid after VIBE Media receives the client payment No base salary; uncapped earning potential Why This Role Works High autonomy and ownership Clear systems, expectations, and KPIs Direct impact on company growth Opportunity to grow into a senior revenue or sales leadership role Long-term upside through retainers and scalable systems Who This Role Is Ideal For A self-starter who enjoys building systems from scratch Someone who understands both sales AND operations Comfortable selling creative services consultatively Motivated by performance-based income Aligned with VIBE Media’s values and long-term vision Application Instructions
