About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled

Cold Outreach Specialist

who is a master of generating high-quality leads through cold channels. This role is for someone who lives and breathes outbound prospecting, knows how to break through inbox fatigue, and can consistently open doors for the business through

cold email, cold calling, and multi-channel outreach .

You will be responsible for building and managing top-of-funnel pipeline, identifying ideal prospects, crafting outreach sequences, running tests, and booking qualified meetings for our sales/business development team.

Key Responsibilities 1. Cold Email Outreach

Build and manage high-volume cold email campaigns.

Write compelling copy that gets responses and avoids spam filters.

Manage domains, warmup tools, inbox deliverability, and sending reputation.

A/B test subject lines, messaging, and call-to-actions to increase reply rates.

Track performance metrics (open, reply, positive response, booking rates).

2. Cold Calling

Execute structured cold calling outreach with confidence and professionalism.

Follow scripts while adapting to real-time conversation dynamics.

Conduct discovery, identify pain points, and qualify prospects.

Schedule sales appointments or demos with qualified leads.

Log all call activity in CRM / outreach tools.

3. Multi-Channel Prospecting

Use LinkedIn outreach, direct messaging, and database mining.

Research ideal customer profiles (ICP) and buyer personas.

Build lead lists using tools like Apollo, Clay, Lusha, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, etc.

Create outreach workflows combining email, calls, LinkedIn, and SMS (if applicable).

4. Pipeline & Reporting

Maintain accurate CRM data and lead status updates.

Provide weekly reporting on outreach performance & meeting booked.

Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on what’s working.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in outbound lead generation or sales development.

Proven success booking meetings through cold email and cold calling.

Deep understanding of outbound tools: inbox warmers, sequencing software, CRM, lead enrichment platforms, VoIP tools, etc.

Strong copywriting skills for cold email.

Excellent communication skills on the phone.

Ability to stay organized and manage high-volume outreach.

KPI-driven, competitive, and energized by hitting targets.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

Experience with tools like:

Apollo, Outreach, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist

HubSpot

Clay, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Clearbit

Understanding of deliverability best practices.

Familiarity with split-testing, data enrichment, and automated workflows.
