About the Role
We’re looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue growth. You’ll leverage automation, segmentation, and analytics to create personalized campaigns that perform at scale, collaborating closely with content, design, and marketing teams. What You’ll Do
Plan and implement email campaigns to support customer acquisition, retention, and engagement Use A/B testing and targeted segmentation to improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversions Develop automated workflows, including welcome sequences, re-engagement, and upsell campaigns Track and report campaign results, using insights to refine strategies Partner with creative teams to produce compelling visuals and messaging Ensure email templates are mobile-friendly and compliant with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) Monitor deliverability and continuously improve campaign performance Keep up with trends and best practices to maintain competitive campaigns Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 7+ years in email marketing, with a focus on performance and conversion optimization Hands-on experience with platforms like Klaviyo, Marketo, or Mailchimp Skilled in analytics, reporting, and campaign optimization Knowledge of automation, segmentation, and drip campaigns Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design a plus Strong copywriting and data-driven decision-making skills Comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment Full-Time | Onsite Direct Hire Pay Rate: DoE Please visit us at https://www.prostaffworkforce.com/ to explore all opportunities.
