What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Act as the primary liaison between producers, customers, and the employer to drive sales goals

Utilize company resources, including marketing and expert guidance, to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets

Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and personal development

Mentor teammates and share best practices to contribute to the overall success of the sales team

Travel 2-3 days per week within the Houston territory to meet with clients and producers

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 2+ years of experience selling employee benefits

Must be located in the Houston, TX area to be considered for this role

Established broker network in the Houston market

Bachelor’s degree preferred; life & health licensing must be obtained upon hire

Ability to travel 2-3 days per week within the defined territory
