What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Act as a key liaison between producers, customers, and the company to drive sales goals

Utilize company resources, including marketing and support teams, to achieve sales objectives

Continuously expand product knowledge and sales skills through training and personal development

Mentor teammates and share best practices to support the overall success of the sales team

Travel 2-3 days per week within the defined territory to meet with clients and producers

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 3 years of experience selling employee benefits

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Must possess life and disability insurance license for the assigned territory or obtain it upon hire

Established broker network in the Houston market

Must be located in the Austin or San Antonio, TX area
