Compensation Structure Base + bonus
What You’ll Do
Partner with senior leadership to execute sales strategies and grow market share in the East Coast region
Build and strengthen relationships with key retailers, distributors, and foodservice partners
Drive new business development while nurturing existing accounts
Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Quality teams to influence product innovation and ensure top-tier quality
Participate in national trade shows and industry events to identify growth opportunities
Support reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking across the region
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree required.
3‑5+ years of sales experience in the retail grocery industry; experience with frozen or Asian ethnic products is a plus.
Proven success managing major accounts and achieving multi‑million‑dollar sales targets.
Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
Self‑driven, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.
Mandarin language skills are a strong plus.
Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory (East Coast) and occasionally nationwide.
