District Sales Manager - Quad Cities Join

as District Sales Manager to support America’s food distribution system.

Position Summary Supervises sales staff in the Quad Cities district; accountable for sales, profitability and accounts receivable.

Position Responsibilities

Supervise associates: staffing, training, coaching, performance management.

Develop and conduct monthly sales meetings to educate staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Achieve targeted sales; manage department within budget.

Build relationships with customers and vendors; address complaints and inquiries.

Prepare and present major account presentations; analyze competition.

Process customer rebates and incentives, maintain prospect lists.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

4‑6 years of foodservice sales and supervisory experience.

Valid driver’s license.

Compensation Base salary $100,000‑$110,000 plus bonus opportunity.
