Summary: Heather Glen Apartments is seeking a competent Assistant Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our 180-unit residential apartment community. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in residential property management. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare market surveys
Outreach marketing and updating online ads
All leasing functions including evictions and move ins
Various reporting responsibilities
Processing security deposit refunds
Accounts receivable duties including collection & processing of rent income
Send former tenants past due accounts for collection
Resident event planning
Upkeep with the property's social media accounts
Skills:
Property management experience
Excellent communication skills
Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
MRI experience preferred
Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques
Customer-focused approach
Comply with all state and federal fair housing trainings
