About the Role Are you passionate about making a genuine difference in the lives of older Australians? Warwick Aged Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Casual Personal Care Workers to join our dedicated team and support residents to live with dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
This is a great opportunity for experienced carers or those seeking flexibility while working within a warm, supportive, and values-driven environment.
What You Will Be Doing In this rewarding role, you will support residents with their daily needs, including:
Assisting with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meals Supporting residents’ emotional wellbeing and meaningful social engagement Maintaining residents’ dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times Contributing to a safe, welcoming, and homelike environment Observing and reporting changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
What You will Bring We’re looking for team members who are caring, dependable, and aligned with our values.
You will ideally have:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent (or working towards it) Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Valid Australian work rights
