Job Summary As a Field Sales Representative you will prospect and present Auris Payroll solutions to small and mid‑sized merchants and businesses, closing deals within a fast sales cycle. You will report to a Payroll Division Manager, receive coaching from a Territory Manager, and work closely with your local PDM or PTM to set appointments, run scheduled meetings, uncover needs and present solutions.
Responsibilities
Prospect new clients.
Maintain client records in Atlas CRM, including call notes, scheduled interactions and contact information.
Achieve minimum production requirements and set first‑time appointments to secure a win.
Continuously build knowledge of product portfolio and industry developments.
Attend weekly team meetings and one‑on‑one sessions with leadership.
Complete any additional responsibilities as assigned.
Candidates should be comfortable with an on‑site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross‑functional partnership.
Minimum Qualifications
18 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check.
Must reside in the area relative to the job posting location.
At least two years of relevant experience.
Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation and networking skills.
Works well independently and as part of a team.
Incentive‑driven sales hunter.
Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
Enjoys cold‑calling and face‑to‑face conversations.
Accountable for measurable, high‑quality, timely results.
Can spend a minimum of 50% of the time in the field.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Prior experience in a B2B sales role.
Experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
