Frito-Lay . Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay. They deliver, sell, and merchandise FritoLay’s full line of products to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you drive a FritoLay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise products, and partner with store managers to increase sales, place orders, and maintain records throughout the day. Responsibilities

Learn the basics of the role through four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with the team Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and supporting national initiatives Maintain a route with a set schedule and days off when applicable Work in a fast-paced, physical environment and contribute to merchandising efforts Qualifications

Be 21 years of age or older Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation Be aware that the role may require weekend and holiday work; schedules may vary as the operation runs 24 hours a day Benefits
