Achieve defined sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction for the Sales Line Administer sales policies and guidelines in an ethical and professional manner Train, evaluate, and monitor the performance goals of direct reports Collaborate with Trainers to facilitate initial and ongoing training for sales representatives Lead daily sales meetings and provide constructive involvement What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the vacation ownership profession Valid Florida Real Estate License required Proven leadership abilities with strong coaching and teaching skills Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as negotiating and closing sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Sales management experience is preferred Track record of success selling vacation ownership products Experience as a President Club winner EEO and Privacy Statement
