Assist with the coordination and management of marketing materials and collateral Support the Marketing department with report compilation and project management tasks Create and update marketing calendars, timelines, schedules, and pitch decks Assist with the fulfillment of sales and marketing incentive programs Manage email inquiry mailboxes related to marketing programs and sales vacation inquiries Qualifications (What is Required)

High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of industry marketing experience and 5 years of overall marketing and/or sales experience Strong business acumen and industry-specific marketing skills Demonstrated computer skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint Project Management Training is a plus Preferred Qualifications (How to Stand Out)

Experience in project management Familiarity with marketing activation programs and incentive fulfillment processes Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience in the hospitality or travel industry Tags
