Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Our reputation as the world’s expert on hospitality sales enablement is based on our years of research, product innovation and a track record of consistently delivering exceptionally high return on investment to our customers. We have ambitious goals and are expanding our remote team with an eye towards new sales enablement products and technologies for our customers. We are looking for more team members who care passionately about doing a thing right and then seeing how to make it even better. This role is currently remote with a goal to become hybrid with a schedule based on input from the hired candidate. Responsibilities
Develop, and lead a growing team of Account Executives in all phases of the selling process to achieve agreed-upon financial targets and performance metrics Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure above-quota results based on successful pipeline management Support the team with executive interactions and managing the end-to-end customer relationship Foster a culture of personal development and mentorship Develop and implement best practices to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration Accelerate Visiting Media’s continued artificial intelligence (AI) adoption and execution within the sales organization Experience delivering sales training programs, including onboarding new reps and ongoing skill development Hands-on experience with sales enablement strategies, tools, and content that improve rep productivity and deal outcomes Qualifications
2+ years in a SaaS sales leadership role 5+ years of overall SaaS sales experience Experience in hospitality and/or selling SaaS to hospitality industry Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals as an individual contributor as well as a sales manager High proficiency in Salesforce CRM reporting and processes Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Outreach, Chorus.ai, and Zoominfo What else you need to know
