What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Actively visit customers to drive demand creation and maximize design‑in content

Take full ownership of assigned accounts and develop relationships at all customer levels

Conduct frequent on‑site visits to understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction

Develop account strategies and plans based on customer analysis and insights

Promote suppliers proactively and negotiate commercial terms where appropriate

What is Required (Qualifications)

Strong technical and sales skills with the ability to influence decisions

Industry experience in distribution or technical sales

Customer‑oriented with strong empathy and communication skills

Excellent prospecting, presentation, and negotiation abilities

Fluent in English; knowledge of Swedish or Danish is a significant plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Knowledge of RF & MW and/or Power Electronics

Energetic, creative, and results‑focused

Strong analytical and planning skills
