Base pay range $55,000 – $65,000 per year

Job Title Marketing Shoot Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

Manage shoot calendar and vendor database

Distribute weekly production status document on behalf of team

Provide operational and office support for team, including larger special projects

Draft, prepare, and proof correspondence, documents, and presentations

Work with Operations, HR, and Finance to facilitate onboarding and ongoing administration of freelance vendors and contractors

Track, file, and follow up on shoot and team invoices; assist with shoot budgets; and organize and submit department purchasing card expenses

Coordinate IT and facilities services for team

Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings across the team

Manage meeting agendas and notes

Support administrative needs of the SVP of Marketing Production and VP, Shoot Production, including managing calendars

Support producers on projects and assist in organization, completion & filing of paperwork

Book and coordinate talent travel as required

Assist in managing, maintaining, and tracking internal production equipment

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in the entertainment industry and/or post‑production

Must be willing to work occasional longer hours on weeknights and some weekends

Knowledge of tools: Slack, Airtable, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Desired Characteristics

A self‑starter who can work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment

Passion for TV and production

Ability to follow through on tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Uncompromising attention to detail, well organized, and strong problem‑solving abilities

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Strong interpersonal skills with a team‑player attitude

Production services experience a plus

Familiarity with production equipment, camera systems, and lighting a plus

Additional Requirements

This position is designated as hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office for a minimum of four days per week. The company reserves the right to change in‑office requirements at any time.
