Key Responsibilities: Utilize a consultative approach to understand client projects and challenges, recommending appropriate staffing solutions. Partner with recruiting to deliver tailored IT professionals that meet client goals. Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to maximize placements within assigned accounts. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred 2+ years of IT Professional Staffing experience preferred Proven success in outside sales Ability to work independently and in teams Strong closing, objection handling, and negotiation skills Persuasive, sound judgment, and a sense of urgency Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ATS systems Benefits: Comprehensive medical benefits Competitive pay 401(k) retirement plan And more!
