We are seeking the right candidate for the position of ADON at St Anthony's Gardens Assisted Living. In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team and providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.
What You Bring to the Table: Essential Qualifications:
Assist in the planning, development, organization, implementation, evaluation, and direction of the nursing department.
Assist in recruitment, selection, and training of competent department personnel.
Participate in developing, planning, conducting, and scheduling regular in‑service training classes that ensure a well‑educated nursing department and keep up with federal and state educational requirements.
Monitor and guide the completion of assessments in a timely manner.
Schedule and facilitate care plan conferences.
Facilitate monthly QM meetings.
Manage the Care Planning Process.
Assist in developing, presenting, and evaluating education and training for employees.
Infection prevention, vaccination, collaboration with other healthcare professionals within and outside the facility, and implement infection prevention education.
