Brookdale St Augustine is looking for an LPN Supervisor for the hours of 12pm-8pm - We are a 72 bed assisted living and 17 bed memory care community. Come join our team!
The ideal LPN Supervisor candidate will be an LPN with previous experience working in the Assisted Living or Memory Care field.
The Health and Wellness Coordinator/ADON (Assistant Director of Nursing) manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure resident’s healthcare needs are met. They ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as resident’s healthcare needs change. The LPN Supervisor works closely with the Health & Wellness Director(Director of Nursing).
Other responsibilities include sharing on call with the Director of Nursing, completing assessments on in coming residents, training care partners and working the med cart at times.
