Assisted Director of Nursing – Assisted Living (Finance)
Brookdale New Port Richey, a 163‑bed assisted living and 32‑bed memory care community, is seeking an LPN to serve as Assistant Director of Nursing (Health & Wellness Coordinator).

Hours 3 pm – 11 pm, Tuesday through Saturday.
Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day healthcare operations to meet residents’ needs.
Ensure residents receive respectful, dignified, and quality care.
Maintain consistent quality of resident care and service delivery across all shifts; may assume roles such as Caregiver or Med Tech/aide as needed.
Supervise community‑based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA’s, and Caregivers; provide ongoing training and education, including classroom in‑services and situation‑specific training.
Oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision/administration; conduct periodic skill inventory checks and medication audits per Brookdale Guidelines.
Share on‑call duties as required.
Qualifications
State nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in assisted living or memory care setting preferred.
Compensation & Benefits Base pay range will be determined by skills and experience. Role is eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities.
