We’re proud to offer tons of resources to help build brewers' brands by providing in-house design, fulfillment, and online store management for our customers. We are looking for an energetic fulfillment specialist to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of products. A fulfillment specialist must always be on time and be able to work long hours on their feet. We expect high attention to detail.
Core Responsibilities First things first…you must enjoy working in a warehouse. It also helps if you have a strong interest in the craft beer industry. The people we get to work with are the best, and we expect nothing less from ourselves. This warehouse position is responsible for accurately and timely fulfilling orders received daily. The warehouse team is responsible for strengthening our partnerships with breweries by being accurate, friendly, and fast with the processing of all orders.
Specific Duties
Ability to work independently and as a team
Receive, verify and count inbound product
Perform various receiving functions, such as unloading trucks and putting away product in the correct locations
Pick, check, organize and pack orders in a timely and efficient manner
Communicate with the warehouse team and notify them of received goods and outbound shipments
Use of critical thinking to make decisions in a fast paced environment
Follow safety procedures

Minimum Qualifications
Must have a great attitude
Need to love an organized and clean work space
Preferred six months of previous experience in shipping and warehouse environment
Must be able to lift and carry products up to 65 pounds
Must be able to follow directions
Have a high attention to detail
Supervisory Responsibility This role has no direct supervised positions to manage.
Due to the nature of the work, this position must report to the warehouse location in Milwaukie to perform duties.
Physical Demands
Lift, lower, carry product up to 65 pounds
Stand on your feet 8 hours a day
Sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch.
Regularly required to talk or hear.

Compensation Brewery Branding offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, rewarding work environment and growth for committed professionals.
Starting wage of $18/hr
Position is full-time
