The Business Development Manager, Auto Care, develops and expands Auto Care program adoption leading to increased NAPA parts sales for current and new customers. The role is responsible for communicating and executing Auto Care strategic initiatives, new member enrollment, program adoption, sales promotions, and program training. Responsibilities

Presents, communicates, and sells Auto Care prospects on the value of joining the NAPA Auto Care program. Works closely with NAPA Auto Care HQ, providing feedback, ideas, and field insights to drive program adoption, new memberships, AAA dual enrollments, Autotech training, and sales goals. Hosts meetings in assigned territory to provide training on Auto Care program adoption and utilization. Achieves territory quotas for sales, new members, and co-branded projects. Assists local BDGs in meetings, community events, and marketing efforts to consumers and potential new members. Provides excellent customer service and communication to all NAPA Auto Care centers in the territory by visiting members, assisting in program adoption, understanding customer needs, and informing members of key program updates. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of the NAPA Auto Care program and options available to members. Reviews monthly initiatives with the sales team to focus on Auto Care benefits. Executes weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plans to meet growth objectives. Implements Auto Care sales strategies to improve territory and business activities. Conducts account reviews to update management on progress. Organizes and manages key events and trade shows, including NAPA Autotech market training. Regularly checks updates on the Auto Care member site and NAPA Connect, ensuring members have access. Consistently meets or exceeds annual targets. Qualifications

3-5 years of sales and account management experience, with a successful track record in developing new business and growing existing accounts. Valid driver's license required. Ability to travel within the territory, including long-distance and overnight stays. Strong sales acumen, communication skills, customer focus, resilience, results orientation, product knowledge, and technological proficiency. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales/marketing experience. Leadership

Operates a company vehicle safely over extended periods and in various weather conditions. Requires standing, walking, manual dexterity, climbing, stooping, and talking/hearing. Frequently lifts/moves up to 60 pounds. Specific vision abilities required. Attends events after hours/weekends as needed. Travel up to 50% of the time. We offer a salary range of $70,000 - $80,000, with additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks.
